Started this place near Deccan Tower on East Street because we wanted to bring some real Punjabi flavors to Pune. It’s a busy spot here in Camp, and we’ve been at House No 2391 for a while now. Most days it’s just about getting the kitchen ready and making sure the food tastes like it should. We don't do anything fancy with the decor or try to act like a big chain. It’s just us working through the lunch and dinner rush. Sometimes things get a bit loud or hectic, but that's how a kitchen goes. We stick to what we know, which is the kind of meals you’d find back home. People stop by when they’re in the area for shopping or work, and we just try to keep up. It’s a lot of work, honestly. Cleaning up, prep work, and staying late. We’ve seen the street change quite a bit over the years. Pune is growing fast, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just running a business and making sure the pots are full. If you walk past the Deccan Tower, you'll see us there. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we need. We just keep our heads down and cook. No big speeches or complicated plans here. Just a simple Punjabi kitchen in the middle of a busy city.
