Saraswati Tours & Travels

Saraswati Tours & Travels is based in Shop No 2 A 3/1 within the Ajmera Housing Complex in Pimpri. Being located in the Sinthofine Industrial Estate area, things can get pretty busy around here during the day. We are right near Ajmera School, so you can always hear the kids playing or the bells ringing in the afternoon. Most of our work involves sitting at the desk and taking bookings for people who need to travel out of town or just get around the city. We have a few cars and some regular drivers who know the routes well. The office is nothing fancy, just a simple room with a few chairs for customers and a lot of registers where we write down the trip details. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really backed up, especially near the main road, but we are used to the noise by now. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just chatting with people who stop by the shop to ask about rates or destination ideas. It’s a basic setup but it gets the job done for us. We’ve been at this spot for a long time and know most of the neighbors in the complex. I usually keep a bottle of water and some snacks in the drawer because the days can get quite long when we have many bookings to manage at once. It’s just us doing our daily work here.
