Our office is over in Kothrud, specifically at Shivanjali Heights. Being near Yashwantrao Chavan Natya Gruha means there is always something going on nearby. We’ve got number 19541, so it’s easy enough to find if you know the landmark. The day usually starts with the phones ringing. People want to know about car rentals or bus timings for their trips. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking schedules. It’s a small space, mostly just us and a couple of computers. There’s always a bit of tea being shared while we talk to the drivers. Kothrud has changed so much lately, but this corner stays pretty familiar. We don't really do much advertising. People mostly just walk in because they live in the neighborhood or saw our sign while going to the theater. Managing tours takes a lot of coordination. You’re always calling someone to see where the vehicle is or if the hotel booking went through. It isn't always smooth, especially with the traffic around here, but we manage. Sometimes the afternoon gets quiet, and we just catch up on the books. Then it picks up again in the evening when people are getting off work. It’s a regular local business life. We have a few regular clients who have been using us for years. They just drop by to say hello even if they aren't going anywhere. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here.
