We are tucked away in Flat Number 10 at Yogeshwar Complex, right near the Dandekar Bridge in Parvati Paytha. It is a busy little corner of Pune. We spend our time working on news stories and special features. It is mostly about gathering information and putting it into a format that makes sense for people to read. We have been doing this for years, so we have seen a lot of stuff happen around the city. Our desks are usually covered in newspapers, notes, and empty tea cups. It is not a polished environment by any means, but it is where the work happens. We are not trying to be the biggest news outlet out there. We just want to provide some good, solid information to the people who need it. Sometimes we have to chase down leads or wait around for someone to give us a call back. It can be a bit tedious, but that is just how the news business is. We like the neighborhood here; it has got a lot of character and it is easy to see what is going on with real people. We do not use any fancy language or try to sound more important than we are. We just write the facts, check our sources, and send it out. It is a daily routine that we have grown quite fond of over time.
