Sankalp Travel Services

Our shop is number 8 in the Copper Arcade, right in the Viman Nagar area. It is a good spot because Viman Nagar is always growing and there are always people heading towards the airport nearby. Sankalp Travel Services is a small operation. We do not have a huge team of people, just a few of us who know the travel business well enough. Copper Arcade is a busy place with a lot of other shops, so there is always something happening right outside our front door. We spend most of our time on the computer or the phone, trying to find different routes for whoever walks in. It is not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until night. We have a few chairs for customers to use, but often people just stand and talk while we look things up for them. We handle a mix of everything, from quick car rentals to longer holiday trips for families. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the glass front of the shop. We do not have a big corporate philosophy or anything. We just try to get the bookings done correctly so there are no problems later on. It is a lot of checking and re-checking dates and names. Viman Nagar has changed a lot since we first started, but we are still here in Shop No 8. It’s just a regular travel shop.
