Our office is located in the Vasant Vihar Apartment on Karve Road, specifically at 129/10/3. We’re right behind the Rupee Bank and near Ideal Colony. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always people coming in to check bus timings or book a seat for their next trip. We handle a lot of the bookings and customer questions right from this desk. It’s not a very big space, and it can get a bit loud with the traffic from Karve Road right outside. We’ve got some old schedules pinned up and a lot of logbooks to keep track of everything. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants to go home. We try to keep things organized, but with so many routes and passengers, it’s a lot to manage. We don’t have a fancy waiting lounge or anything; it’s just a straightforward travel office. People stop by on their way to work or after running errands nearby. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a good while, so we know the local routes and the common delays pretty well. It’s simple work, but it keeps us on our toes all day long. We just aim to get the tickets printed and the passengers on their way. Sometimes the tea runs cold before we can drink it, but that is just a busy office for you.
