Samrat Tours & Travels

If you know the HP petrol pump in Shivaji Nagar, then you know where Samrat Tours & Travels is located. Our office is right across the street at number 10/2. It’s a small space, mostly filled with maps, calendars, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers or checking on bus and train schedules. People come in looking for a way to get from one place to another without too much trouble. We arrange cars, book tickets, and sometimes help plan family trips to the hills or the coast. It’s not always easy because traffic and delays are part of the job. We know most of the routes around here pretty well. Shivaji Nagar is always crowded, so there’s a lot of energy right outside our door. Sometimes people just drop in for a chat or to ask about prices for a weekend getaway. We don't have any fancy brochures. We just tell people what’s available and what it will cost. It's an honest business. We’ve had the same group of regular customers for a long time. They know they can just call us up and we’ll handle the details. It’s mostly about making sure the car shows up on time and the driver knows the way. We keep things simple and try to stay organized despite the chaos of the travel industry.
