If you’re looking for us, we’re on the ground floor of the Shanti Complex in Joly Arcade. It’s right there in Mangalwar Peth, near the Lokseva Sahakari Bank. We spend our days looking at maps, flight schedules, and train routes. It’s a small office, mostly just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we figure out their trips. The Ghod Dod Road area is always busy, so there’s usually a lot of noise coming from outside. We handle a lot of local travel and some longer trips too. It’s not like those big online sites where you’re just a number; we actually talk to people. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for the booking pages to load, which can be annoying when a customer is waiting. We’ve got stacks of brochures that mostly gather dust because everyone uses their phones now. Still, we like having a physical place where people can walk in and ask questions. It’s a lot of checking dates and comparing prices to see what works for a family or a single traveler. We don’t have fancy uniforms or anything. We just wear what’s comfortable and try to get the tickets sorted without too much fuss. It gets a bit hectic around holiday seasons, but that's just the nature of the travel business. We keep some water for visitors and just try to be helpful.
