Sakal Papers Ltd ( Group Of Media )

We are based out of house number 262 in Adarsh Colony. This part of Pimpri, over near Rahatani-Kalewadi, is where we set up. It's a residential-feeling area, which is nice compared to the loud industrial parts of Pune. Being part of Sakal Papers, we have a lot of history behind us, but this specific spot in Shrinagar is where our local team sits. The office is basically a house that we use for work. It’s got a bit of a homey feel, which is different from a big corporate tower. We have desks set up in the different rooms. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we manage. Most of the people working here are from around this side of Pune. We spend our time dealing with media stuff, checking facts, and talking to people on the ground. It’s honest work. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some files. If you’re coming to see us, just look for the Adarsh Colony signs. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to it. We like it this way because it’s quiet enough to actually get some writing and planning done without too much distraction from the main roads. It feels more like a community than a cold office. We just get our work done and keep things simple for everyone.
