At Sakaal Media Group in Pune, we are based over at Shewanta Heights. Our specific office is number 24. We’re located in Balaji Nagar, which is right off the Pune-Satara Road in the Dhanakawadi area. It’s a pretty well-known part of town, so most people don’t have much trouble finding us. The building itself is a typical Pune structure. We’ve been here for a while and the office has become a very familiar place for the whole team. There’s a lot of traffic on the Pune-Satara Road, so there’s always a bit of a rush outside our windows. Inside, it’s a lot quieter. We have our desks set up and we spend most of our time staring at screens or talking through projects. We don't really bother with any of that modern office decor that looks like a playground. It’s just a place to work. Being in Dhanakawadi means we are surrounded by a mix of homes and other small businesses. It feels like a real neighborhood. We have our favorite spots nearby for a quick lunch or a cup of tea. It’s a simple routine. We come in, do the work for Sakaal Media Group, and then head back out into the Pune traffic. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We like being part of the local scene here at Shewanta Heights. It just feels right for the kind of work we do every day.
