Saj Dynamometer has been based out of Fatima Nagar in Pune for quite some time. If you know Pune, you know this area can get pretty busy. We work on dynamometers, which is basically equipment used for testing engines and power. It's very technical work, and our days are usually filled with engineering talk and looking at data. We started as a smaller setup and grew over the years, but we still keep that local feel in the shop. The workshop can get a bit loud when we are running tests, but that’s just part of the job. We have a team here that knows their way around machinery. We don’t really go for big advertisements or fancy offices. Most of our work comes from people who know exactly what they need for their testing labs or factories. Being in Maharashtra, we are around a lot of industrial activity, so staying in Fatima Nagar makes sense for us. It’s a practical location. Sometimes things get hectic when we have a lot of orders to finish, and the floor is covered in parts and tools. We just focus on getting the machines built right. It’s not glamorous, but it is important work for the industries we serve. We’ve been at it for years, and the routine hasn't changed much, just the technology gets a bit more updated. We just stick to what we know and keep the machines running.
