Sairaj Engineering Works

Sairaj Engineering Works has its base at W-143 in the 'S' Block of the MIDC area. It’s a very industrial part of town, so there are factories and workshops everywhere you look. We’ve been in this specific block for many years. Our work is all about engineering and fabrication. We have a couple of big machines that take up most of the space on the shop floor. It gets pretty loud when everything is running at once, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. We aren't interested in looking like a corporate company. Our office is just a corner of the shop with a desk and some old files. We spend most of our time out where the machines are. The guys on the team are very experienced and they don't need to be told what to do twice. We take on all kinds of engineering tasks, from small parts to bigger assemblies. It’s a messy job sometimes, with oil and metal scraps everywhere, but that’s just part of it. We like being in MIDC because everything we need is close by. If we need a specific material or a tool, we can usually find it just a few blocks away. We don’t do any fancy marketing. We just let our work speak for itself. It’s a practical, no-nonsense shop where we focus on getting the dimensions right and finishing on time, even if we have to stay late.
