We’ve been out here in Mutha village for a while now. If you know the Mulshi area, you know it’s mostly hills and some quiet spots. We handle a bit of everything regarding hotels and land properties around this part of Pune. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We mostly sit around the desk, answer phones, and talk to people who want to buy a bit of land or find a place to stay. Sometimes the internet is slow because we are a bit out of the way, but we make it work. The rain gets quite heavy here in the monsoon, which changes how much work we can get done outside. We just try to keep things simple and help folks who come by looking for property advice or a room. It is a local operation through and through. You’ll usually find one of us here most mornings after tea. We don't have a big marketing team, just us at the Post-Mutha address. People from the taluka know where to find us if they need to discuss paperwork or see a site. We've seen a lot of changes in the Pune real estate scene, but up here in the hills, things move at their own pace. We just focus on what’s right in front of us and try to be helpful to the community.
