Our office is tucked away in Sector 27 of Nigdi, right behind the post office there. If you know where Gokul Garden is, then finding us is not too hard. It is a busy little corner of the world. We have this spot at Plot Number 247 where the phones are usually ringing with people asking about car timings or bus routes. It is not a big corporate setup at all. Mostly it is just us sitting here with a couple of ledgers and a mobile phone that never really stops buzzing. Sometimes the drivers come in to complain about the traffic near Nigdi or to grab a quick tea before they head out for the next trip. We spend a lot of our time checking schedules and making sure the vehicles are actually where they are supposed to be. Having the post office next door makes it easy to give directions to anyone who is new to the area. It gets a bit dusty with all the road work and the cars passing by outside, but that is just how it is in this part of town. People stop by to book a trip for a family wedding or maybe just a quick weekend getaway. We do not have any fancy brochures to show; we just talk to people and tell them what is available. It is straightforward work. We keep track of everything in our notebooks and just try to keep the cars moving.
