Sai Engineering Pune

We are located in the F-02 section of V.I.P in Bhosari, which is pretty much the heart of the industrial belt around here. At Sai Engineering Pune, the day starts with the sound of shutters going up and the smell of industrial oil. It’s a rough and ready kind of place. We spend our hours around heavy machinery, making parts that most people will never see but that make everything else work. The floor is concrete and usually has a few oil stains that just won't come out no matter how much we scrub. Working in Bhosari means you're surrounded by other workshops, so there’s always a constant background noise of trucks and metalwork. We don’t have a fancy office upstairs; our paperwork usually happens on a small desk right near the main machines. It gets hot in the summer, and the fans just move the warm air around, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on the dimensions and the cuts, making sure the metal behaves. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because a tool breaks or the material isn't right, and we just have to stay late and finish it. It’s hard work, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We aren't looking to be the biggest shop in town, just the one that does the job properly every time.
