We are over in Lonavala, up on the second floor of the Bhaskar Building. It is flat number five. You know Shivaji Chowk, it is usually quite busy with people and cars, and we are right there in the Tungarli area. We have been working from this spot for a good while now. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are not used to them, but we do it every day. Inside, it is just a normal office. We have some old desks and chairs that have been with us since we started. There is a small window where you can see the street below. We handle the Sahara India business here, which mostly means a lot of folders and paperwork. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is just the calendar and maybe a clock that runs a few minutes fast. The monsoon season is something else here; the rain really hits the windows hard. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing things out. Someone usually brings in tea around mid-morning. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with missions and all that. We just show up, do the filing, talk to the people who come in, and go home. It is a steady pace. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out. It is a practical way to run things.
