Sahara Airlines Limited has an office set up at 401, Cordia Nyati Estate II in Mohmadwadi, Pune. This part of the city, Pune-28, has become quite busy lately with all the new housing estates coming up. We are tucked away in one of those buildings. It’s mostly just a regular office floor where we handle the various administrative tasks that come with running an airline operation. You won't find any planes parked outside, obviously, just a bunch of people at computers making sure everything is aligned. The lift in the building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour when everyone is trying to head out at once. We’ve been in this space for a bit, and it’s a decent place to work from. There’s a lot of paper shifting and coordination involved in what we do. It’s not always the most exciting environment, but the work is steady and needs to be done right. We deal with a lot of logs and schedules throughout the day. The view from the fourth floor gives us a bit of a look at the surrounding estate, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We keep things pretty simple here. There aren't any fancy lounges or anything like that in the office, just desks, chairs, and the usual office equipment. It’s where the back-end stuff happens to keep the name going. People come and go, but the core work stays the same.
