We are based out of Lohegaon. It is a busy area these days with the airport so close. We don't have a big fancy office with glass doors. Mostly, we operate from where we live and keep the cars parked nearby. Sadguru Tours Travel is just a few of us who know the Pune streets like the back of our hands. We do a lot of airport drops because that is what people need around here. Sometimes we are up at four in the morning to get someone to their flight on time. It’s tiring, but you get used to the schedule. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people. It’s just us answering the mobile and writing down the pickup times. The traffic in Lohegaon can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we always tell people to leave early. We have been doing this for a while now. The cars are well-used, but we keep them running. We don't promise anything crazy, we just show up and drive. Most of our customers are locals who have our number saved in their phones. They know we are just around the corner in Lohegaon. It’s not a complicated business. We just try to be on time and get through the day without any breakdowns. If the phone rings, we pick up. That’s about it for us. We just keep our heads down and work.
