S W Tours & Travels

Our office is over on Tulsi Pipe Road, right near the Viman Nagar area. It's a busy part of town with a lot of noise from the street, but we’re used to it by now. S W Tours & Travels has been operating from this corner for a few years. We spend most of our mornings checking the buses and making sure the drivers had enough sleep. It’s a lot of coordinating between Senapati Bapat Marg and the rest of the city. We deal with all sorts of people, from students needing a quick ride to families going on vacation. The desk is usually covered in papers and old notebooks where we jot down the names and times. Sometimes the printer jams and we have to write the receipts by hand, which is a bit old school but it works for us. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routes well and don't mind the long hours. If you’re looking for us, we’re at the first building on the lane near the intersection. It’s not a shiny corporate place, just a regular travel shop. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for the next booking to come in. The traffic on Tulsi Pipe Road can be a real nightmare in the evenings, so we always tell people to come a bit early so they don't miss their ride. We just do our thing, keep the vehicles moving, and hope the roads aren't too blocked up.
