Rucha Engineering

Rucha Engineering is located over at Survey No. 813 in Pawarvasit, Kudalwadi. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of small shops and workshops squeezed together. We’ve got our own space here where we handle various engineering and fabrication jobs. If you come by, you’ll probably see a pile of raw steel outside or some finished frames waiting to be picked up. The workshop isn’t huge, so we have to stay organized to make sure we have room to move. We don’t have a dedicated sales team or anyone in a suit. Most of us are in work clothes, dealing with the grinders and the welding machines. Kudalwadi is the kind of place where you get to know your neighbors because everyone is doing something similar. We help each other out with tools or advice when things get tricky. Our day-to-day is pretty simple: we look at what needs to be built, figure out the best way to do it, and then get to work. There’s a lot of noise and sparks, especially during the middle of the day. We don’t bother with fancy mission statements. We just try to make sure that whatever leaves our shop at Survey No. 813 is done right. It’s just us, some heavy machinery, and a lot of hard work in the Pawarvasit area. We finish the job and move to the next.
