Our setup for Ronghe & Associates Foods Private Limited is located at 467/2 in Somwar Peth. This part of the city has a lot of history and the buildings reflect that. It’s not like the new developments with glass and steel. Here, things are a bit more lived-in and worn. Our place is simple and functional. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that to greet people. You just walk in and we are there working at our desks. Somwar Peth is a busy area, especially during the market hours when everyone is out. There is always someone walking by or a delivery scooter zipping through the narrow lanes. We have our desks set up to make the most of the space we have. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we are used to it by now. The lighting isn't the best in the back, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time looking at lists and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes we go out to the local tea stall to take a break and clear our heads for a few minutes. It’s a very honest way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address or expensive furniture. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. The building itself has its quirks, like the squeaky door and the uneven floor, but it feels right.
