Rishi Travels

Rishi Travels is located over in Shivaji Nagar, right inside the Ganesh Industrial Estate. If you know where the Race Course is, we are just a short walk from there. It’s an industrial area, so there is always a lot of activity, trucks moving around, and people heading to work. We’ve been at this spot for a while. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the wall. We spend most of our time on the phone or writing down notes for people who want to get from one place to another. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the phones all ring at once, but that is just how it goes in this business. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Most people just lean on the counter and tell us where they need to go. Shivaji Nagar is a central spot, so it makes sense for us to stay here. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and everyone in the estate knows where we are. We don't really have a boss who walks around in a suit. It’s just us trying to keep the bookings straight and making sure the drivers know their routes. It can be a long day sometimes, especially when there are delays, but we just deal with it and move on to the next task.
