Rishi Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd. is located at W-104 in the S Block of Midc, Bhosari. We have been in this industrial area for a good number of years now. It is a busy place with plenty of other workshops and factories around us. The street can get a bit crowded with trucks and delivery vans, especially in the mornings. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular industrial unit with a metal gate and some space for our machines. We do various engineering tasks here. Most days are spent on the floor working on different projects. It gets quite loud with the sound of the machines running all day long. We don't have a fancy reception or a big office area. It's mostly just a desk where we handle the paperwork and the phone calls. The people who work here have been around for a long time and they know how things run. We usually have our tea breaks together outside when the weather is nice. Being in Bhosari makes it convenient because we are close to our suppliers and other businesses we work with. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through our daily tasks and make sure the work is done. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way. No big corporate meetings or anything like that, just straight to work every morning at W-104.
