Resource One

Resource One is tucked away in Kothrud over at 79/12 Sarathi Swapna Phase I. We are part of the Maitreya Baug area on Poud Road, which gets quite crowded during the rush hour. It’s a decent spot in Pune, and we’ve been working out of this office for some time now. The building is a bit older, but it serves our purposes well enough. Most of us here just focus on getting through the daily tasks without much fuss. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. Sometimes it feels like we’re always looking for a specific folder or waiting on a phone call to come through. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The 411038 area is nice because there are good places to eat nearby when we take our lunch breaks. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one so people know they’ve found the right place. It’s a pretty quiet office most of the time, except when everyone is talking at once on their headsets. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood and the way the sun hits the windows in the afternoon. It’s not a high-tech glass tower, just a regular office where we show up and do our jobs. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets covered in notes and coffee mugs. That’s just how we work here at Resource One.
