Reservation Incharge

The office is located at 106 Small Ghorpuri here in Pune. It is a small, straightforward place without any extra fluff. Ghorpuri has its own old-school charm, and we fit right into that neighborhood. We do not have a big staff, just a couple of us who manage the daily reservations. The building is quite simple, and the address is easy enough to find if you know the local landmarks. We have a desk with a computer and a telephone that rings more often than you would think. There is a lot of checking dates and confirming names on our lists. We do not have fancy brochures or a waiting lounge with magazines. It is just a room where the actual work happens. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Most people just call us on the phone, but every now and then someone will walk in to settle something in person. We have a window that usually stays shut because of the dust from the road outside. The 411001 area is central enough that getting supplies or going to the bank does not take all day. We have been at this spot for years and everyone around here knows us. It is a quiet life, mostly. We just make sure the bookings are right and that nobody gets left out.
