Working in the Bhosari industrial area means dealing with a lot of noise and heavy machinery all day. We are tucked away in the Rajgurunagar Industrial Complex, specifically at 11-Sa in the T Block of the M I D C zone. It is a busy place with a lot of manufacturing going on around us. Our unit at 106-2 is where we spend all our time. We do engineering work, mostly small parts and repairs for other businesses in the area. It is not a clean job; there is always grease and metal shavings everywhere, but that is just how it is. We don't have a front desk or a waiting room because our customers are usually other workers or supervisors from nearby factories. They just walk in when they need something done. The heat in the summer gets pretty bad in these sheds, but we keep the fans going and get through the day. We have been in this complex for quite a few years now and know most of our neighbors. Everyone is just trying to hit their production targets. It is a practical environment where people value getting things done correctly over how the place looks. We keep our tools organized and our machines running. That is about it for us. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in M I D C. There are no fancy speeches here.
