Our place, Ravjeet Engineering Specialities Pvt Ltd, is located at plot 89 in the S Block of Bhosari Industrial Estate. We are quite close to the Ranvir Company, which most people in the estate know. Bhosari is a huge area, and S Block has its own specific feel with all the workshops and factories lined up. Inside our unit, it is mostly about the machines and the engineering work we do every day. There is always a hum of equipment in the background and the smell of metal and oil. We do not have a fancy reception area. Most of the space is taken up by the shop floor where the actual work happens. The staff here are used to the industrial environment. We have been operating from this location for quite some time now. It is a busy part of town, and the roads are usually full of trucks and workers. We focus on getting the technical details right for whatever project is on the bench. It is about precision and putting in the hours. Sometimes we are here late to finish a job.
