We’ve been here at A-105 H Block in the MIDC area for quite a while now. If you know the Morwadi Court in Pimpri, you know where we are. It’s a busy spot. Most days start early with the sound of the shutters going up. We handle technical stuff, mostly repairs and maintenance for machines that other people use in their factories around here. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we do. Our workshop is usually full of tools and spare parts scattered across the benches. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when we have a big job coming through, but we find what we need eventually. The guys here have been working together for years. We mostly drink tea from the stall around the corner and talk about the jobs we have for the day. It’s hot in the summer because the roof is low, but the fans keep us going. People stop by when something breaks down and they need it fixed fast so they don't lose money on their own production lines. We just get on with it. There’s no big office or anyone in a suit here. We wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty every single day. It’s been this way since we opened. Pimpri is a loud place with all the industry around, but we’ve grown used to the noise. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next job to walk in.
