Our place is at 78/1 in Bhosari, right by the Ganjwe Chowk and not too far from the S P College S Block. Bhosari is a real hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the rest of the industrial shops around here. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we can keep our equipment and get the jobs done. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of metal and the hum of machines. We have a small group of guys who have been with us for a long time, and everyone knows their role without needing to be told much. The Ganjwe Chowk area gets really packed during shift changes, so we try to time our coming and going to avoid the worst of it. We spend a lot of time looking at technical drawings and making sure the measurements are right on the pieces we are working on. It’s the kind of job where your hands stay dirty and you’re usually tired by the time four o’clock rolls around. We have a small corner for files and paperwork, but the real work happens on the floor. Students from S P College sometimes walk past and look in, probably wondering about all the noise we make. It’s a regular industrial life, focused on making parts and keeping the machines maintained so everything stays on schedule.
