Ramdoot Tours & Travels

Ramdoot Tours & Travels is based out of the J M Road and Rander Road area near Palan Pur Patia. We are part of the J M Group, but our day-to-day work is all about travel. It’s a busy spot, and we get people coming in all the time asking about bus schedules or booking trips. The office is often full of maps and posters of different places, though it’s mostly just for us to keep track of things. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure the bookings are confirmed and the drivers know where they are going. Travel can be a bit messy, with delays and changes happening at the last minute, so we have to stay on top of it. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of it is just sitting at the desk and managing the logistics. We have a few vehicles that we look after, and that takes up a good chunk of our time too. We’ve been around this part of Palan Pur Patia for a while, so we know the local routes well. We just try to keep the wheels turning and get people where they need to go. There’s no big corporate strategy here. We just show up, take the calls, and handle the bookings. It’s a simple, local travel desk and we like keeping it that way.
