Our place, Rajdeep Engineering Systems Pune Pvt.Ltd, is located right off the Pune-Solapur Road. If you’re driving down toward the Power Complex at Sr. No.225/5, you’ll see us. It’s a noisy road with lots of trucks passing by all day long. We’ve got a decent-sized space here for the systems we put together. Most of the crew lives nearby, so we’re a local bunch. We spend most of our hours looking at diagrams or putting pieces together on the floor. It’s dusty work sometimes, especially with the road so close. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever isn’t busy with a wrench. We’ve had some busy years and some slow ones, but we keep going. The Pune-Solapur stretch is always growing, so there’s always something new happening around the corner. We focus on the engineering side of things and leave the fancy talk to other people. If a machine isn't running right, we stay until it is. That’s just the way it works here. We keep our coffee hot and our tools sharp. It’s a straightforward business. We don't promise the world, we just try to get the engineering right so the customer can get back to their own work. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but we handle it. We’re just here to get the systems moving and keep the shop running like it should.
