Our place is over in Hadapsar, right there on the Pune Solapur Road. If you know the Gadital area, you know how crowded it gets with all the trucks and people moving around. We are based in the Pawar Complex, specifically at 225/5. Rajdeep Engineering Systems has been operating from here for quite some time. It's an honest living. We deal with various engineering systems, mostly pumps and parts that go into big industrial setups. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get things done. Sometimes the noise from the road makes it hard to hear, but we’re used to it. We spend our mornings checking orders and our afternoons usually involve some heavy lifting or coordinating with technicians. My desk is usually covered in papers and catalogs. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full speed. People stop by often asking for specific parts or just to see if we have something in stock. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We know our products and we know who needs them. Working in an area like Gadital means you see a lot of different people every day. We just try to keep the workflow steady and make sure the customers get what they actually asked for without any fuss. It's simple work but it keeps us busy.
