If you know the Hadapsar area, you know how busy the Pune Solapur Road gets. We are right there at 225/5 in the Pawar Complex. It is a landmark most people in Gadital recognize. Rajdeep Engineering Systems has been operating out of this spot for years. The stairs leading up can be a bit steep, but once you are inside, you see what we are all about. It is a mix of desks and technical manuals and people arguing over the best way to fix a system. We do not have a big fancy lobby. Instead, there is usually a stack of folders and some spare parts sitting on the table. It is a practical space. The team here is mostly locals who have grown up around Pune’s industrial growth. We spend a lot of time on our computers but also spend a lot of time out at sites. It gets dusty with the road right there, but we are used to it. The tea shop around the corner is where most of our breakthroughs happen during breaks. We handle engineering systems because that is what we know. It is steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We do not really do much advertising; people just find us because we have been in the Pawar Complex so long. It is just a group of people working hard to make sure things run right for whoever calls us.
