We are located in Vishrantwadi, specifically in Shree Aprts which is part of the Kasturba Hou Society. It’s number 69-A. It’s a residential area, so it feels very different from the commercial hubs in the city. There are trees around and kids playing in the society grounds in the evenings. We like it because it’s peaceful. The office is just a room we set up to handle all the paperwork and phone calls for the business. We do a bit of everything here, mostly related to travel and local transport needs. Being in a housing society means most of our customers are our neighbors or friends of neighbors. People often drop by without calling first just to ask a quick question or drop off some documents. We usually have some tea going, and there’s always a chair for someone to sit and rest for a minute. It’s not a high-pressure environment at all. We handle the bookings and the scheduling at a steady pace. Sometimes we have to run out to handle things personally, so the office might be closed for an hour or two in the middle of the day. That’s just how we operate. We don’t have a big corporate structure, just a small local setup that serves the people living around Vishrantwadi and the nearby societies. It is a quiet place to do business and we like it that way.
