We run Radix Dies & Moulds Pvt. Ltd. from Plot No. 111 in the Bg Block of the Midc area. You can find us near Landewadi Chowk on Philips Road in Bhosari. It is a busy corner of the industrial estate. Making dies and moulds is precision work, so our shop floor has a lot of specialized machines taking up space. It is a bit cramped inside because we have added more equipment over the years to keep up with what we do. The lighting isn't the best in every corner, but we have lamps over the workstations so we can see what we are doing clearly. There is always a smell of machine oil in the air, which you get used to after a couple of days on the job. We aren't a massive company, just a dedicated group of guys who understand how to cut metal precisely. Sometimes a design is tricky and we have to sit down and figure it out on a scrap of paper before we even start. We do not have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or checking measurements. It is a quiet kind of busy, unlike the louder fabrication shops down the road. We stay here until the jobs are done, often staying late if a deadline is coming up.
