Radheya Machining Limited

Radheya Machining Limited is tucked away in Wadgaonsheri, Pune. We are located at Serve No. 47, specifically in the Sankalp Housing Society area. Sachin Y. Bonde handles things here, and we’re set up at C/O S. B. Temgire’s place. It’s a practical setup for a machining business. We don’t have a big glass front or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll hear the sound of machines before you see us. Pune is a big hub for this kind of work, and we’ve found our little corner in Wadgaonsheri. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small workshops. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, especially when we have a lot of parts moving in and out. We focus on the metal and the tools. Most of the guys here have greasy hands by lunchtime. We don't talk much about visions or strategies. We just look at the drawings and make sure the parts are right. It’s honest work. Sometimes we stay late when a machine acts up or a deadline is breathing down our necks. We’ve built some good relationships with other shops nearby. If we need a specific tool, we just walk over and ask for it. That’s how it works here. It’s not a corporate office; it’s a workshop where things actually get made. We take pride in knowing our machines inside and out. It’s just what we do every day.
