We are located down in Sector No. 27/A, specifically at 20/7 in the Pradhikaran area of Nigdi. If you know Pune, you know this part of town has its own pace. It is a mix of houses and small businesses, and we have been tucked away here for a good bit of time. Our daily routine usually starts pretty early because hospitality does not really wait for anyone to wake up late. There is always someone checking the inventory or making sure the staff schedules are sorted out for the upcoming week. It can get a little messy in the office with all the delivery slips and folders piled up, but we know where everything is. The fans in this building hum quite a bit during the summer months, which is something you just learn to ignore after a week of working here. We are not a big corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we handle the logistics and the food service details. Some of us have been here since the start and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around Nigdi. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather is nice. It is a straightforward operation and we do not try to make it seem like more than it is. Just a bunch of local folks keeping the hospitality side of things moving along as best as we can without making things too difficult for anyone.
