You can find Qaswa Tours & Travels over at 139/140 Nana Peth, inside the Balaji Complex on Grantroad East. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now, helping people figure out their travel plans. Whether it’s someone needing a bus ticket to a nearby town or a family trying to plan a longer trip, we do our best to get the bookings sorted. The office is often full of brochures and schedules that we’re constantly checking. Nana Peth is a very active area, so there’s always something happening outside our window. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling us up because they’ve used us before. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer, trying to find available seats or better routes for travelers. Sometimes things go wrong with the systems or trains get delayed, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing those issues. It’s a bit of a juggle, but it keeps the day interesting. We enjoy hearing stories from people when they come back from their trips. It’s a small operation, just a few of us here making sure the tickets are printed and the bags are ready to go. We stay open pretty late to make sure everyone's travel plans are secure.
