Pushkar Engineers

Up on the first floor of Mangal Arcade, that’s where you’ll find our office. It’s number 15. We are right on Telco Road in Chinchwad, so it’s easy enough to find if you know the area. It gets quite noisy with all the trucks and buses passing by on the main road outside, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and us talking about the day's tasks. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage things ourselves. We do engineering work, mostly sitting at the desks or going out to different sites when someone needs us there. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and old paper drawings, but we know where everything is kept. Chinchwad is a busy place for industry, and being right here feels like the right spot for us. We usually grab our lunch from the small food shops downstairs. It’s not a polished place. The paint is peeling a bit near the window and the chairs are old, but they’re comfortable enough for a full day’s work. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We’re more focused on getting the calculations right and making sure the drawings are clear for the guys on the floor. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the arcade gets real quiet then. It’s a decent place to work.
