The office is in Pune, right on Sinhgad Road. We are inside Rakshalekha Society in the Dattawadi area. If you know the traffic on Sinhgad Road, you know it can be a real headache, but once you get inside the society gates, it is actually pretty quiet. We are in A/5, Flat No 6. Since it is a residential society, the office feels very much like a home. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and a balcony where we keep some of our older equipment and spare boxes. It is not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. We have regular wooden desks and some plastic chairs for when people visit. We’ve been here for a good while, so we know the neighbors and the security guards quite well. Pune is a great city for engineering work, and being in this part of town makes it easy for us to stay connected. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. We just come in, do the technical drawings, and deal with whatever issues come up that day. It is a very straightforward way of doing business without any of the extra fluff you find in bigger companies. We have everything we need right here in this flat to keep the work moving.
