We run Property Solution Pvt Ltd out of Sasane Nagar in Hadapsar. Specifically, we are at Ua-001 in Swar Vihar, care of Kalpana Tripathi. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We spend our time helping people find places to live or sell their own spots. Hadapsar has grown so much lately, so there is always someone looking for a flat or a plot of land. We aren't those big-shot real estate agents you see on billboards. We are just local people who know the streets of Pune well. Our office is small and simple. We have a few files, some maps, and a phone that rings quite a bit. Sometimes we are out on the field showing houses, so the office stays empty for a few hours. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We try to be straight with people about what a place is worth. No point in making things sound better than they are. Dealing with property is mostly about paperwork and waiting for signatures. We stay patient and just get through the day. Swar Vihar is a quiet society, which is nice for when we have to sit down and focus on the legal bits. We just do our bit to help people get settled in the area without too much trouble. It's busy but it is good work.
