Private Practice

I run my private practice out of Lunkad Queensland in Viman Nagar. It is a residential area, so it stays quite peaceful most of the time. The office is located in building D2, specifically in unit 204 on the second floor. I moved here because it is a central spot in Pune but it doesn’t feel as chaotic as the main markets downtown. It is a very basic setup inside. I have my desk, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that seem to grow every single week. I do not go for any of that modern minimalist decor you see in magazines. It just looks like a place where work actually happens. The neighbors are nice, mostly families going about their daily lives. Sometimes you can hear the planes from the nearby airport since we are in Viman Nagar, but you get used to that noise pretty fast. I handle all the work myself here. There is no fancy waiting room with coffee machines or magazines. Usually, people just come in and we sit down to talk. I have lived in Pune for years and I like staying in this part of town. It is very convenient for getting around. My routine is pretty set. I get in early, check the messages, and start on whatever needs doing that day. It isn't a big operation, just a private space to get things done right. If you are coming by, just tell the security you are heading to the second floor.
