Prism Design and Tooling Technology Pvt.Ltd. is based over at A-22 in the MIDC area of Talegaon. Specifically, we are in the Navlakhumbre part of the Talegaon Industrial Area. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming and going all day long. Our work involves a lot of design and tooling, which means a lot of time spent staring at screens and then checking things on the shop floor. The office is just a plain room with some old desks and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the gate that tells you you're in the right place. The area around here is mostly other factories and workshops. Sometimes the rain gets really heavy and the roads in the industrial area get a bit flooded, making it hard for the staff to get in on time. We’ve been in Talegaon for a while and have seen the MIDC grow quite a bit. There’s a small shop down the road where we get our tea and snacks when we need a break. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local shortcuts to avoid the traffic on the main road. The work can be a bit repetitive, but there’s always a new design to figure out or a tool that needs fixing. We just take it one day at a time and do our jobs until the evening.
