If you’re looking for us, we’re over in Vishrantwadi, right near the old Sathe Biscuits factory on Alandi Road. We are in the Mahalaxmi Vihar building, specifically in flat D2/401. It’s a bit unusual for a business to be tucked away in a residential complex like this, but it works for what we do. The apartment has been converted into a workspace with some desks and a couple of computers. It feels more like a home than an office, which is nice in some ways but can be a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. You can often hear the sound of traffic from Alandi Road filtering through the windows, and there’s always the smell of something cooking from one of the neighboring flats. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails, mostly dealing with people from far away places. It’s funny to be sitting here in a quiet corner of Pune while talking about things happening across the ocean. We don't have a big reception area or a sign out front, so most people just call us when they’re downstairs so we can let them in. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to stay organized and keep up with the workload. We usually take turns bringing in snacks for the afternoon break. The building elevator is a bit slow too, so we usually just take the stairs if we are in a hurry.
