Prems Coffee Stop

We have been running Prems Coffee Stop here in Akurdi Puttena Halli for a few years now. It is just a small place on the corner and we spend most of our time making sure the coffee is ready for the morning rush. Usually, the first people show up around seven. We don't have a big staff, just me and a couple of others who help out with the cleaning and serving. The shop isn't very big, so it gets crowded quickly. There are a few small tables but most people just stand around outside or take their cups to go. The street can get pretty noisy with all the bikes and cars going past. We have a regular routine of cleaning the machines and wiping down the counters every few hours. Sometimes the milk delivery doesn't show up on time and we have to go out and find some ourselves. It is a bit stressful when that happens. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't had the time to get to it yet. We just keep the place as tidy as we can. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. It is a simple life and we just take it one day at a time here at the stop. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a local spot for a quick drink.
