It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but once you get here, it’s just a regular office and storage space. We do a mix of things, from engineering jobs to sorting out leaks with our waterproofing work. Kharadi has grown a lot, but we’ve kept our spot here in Rajasa Enclave. The office is usually filled with buckets of sealant and various tools we take out to sites. It’s not a polished corporate office. We spend more time out at customer locations than sitting behind a desk. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we’d rather be out making sure a roof doesn't leak or a part is fitted right. The weather around here keeps us busy with the waterproofing side of things. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they have a problem with their building. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re a giant company. We’re just local people doing a job. The space we have is functional. It’s where we plan out the day and load up the trucks. The phone lines can be a bit patchy sometimes, but we usually get the messages eventually. We’ve got a stack of old ledgers in the corner for the accounts. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but we know where everything is.
