Precise Engineering Works

Precise Engineering Works is right across from the Pcmc School in Dapodi, at number 162. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows the school. Our shop has been here for a long time. It’s a busy street, and there’s always something going on outside. Inside the shop, things are usually a bit loud because of the tools we use. We do all sorts of engineering jobs. People from the neighborhood and even further away bring us things to fix or parts they need made. We don't have a big, fancy office. Most of the space is taken up by the workbench and the machines. We’ve got a couple of old chairs for when we take a break, but that's about it. The floor is concrete and usually has some metal shavings on it. We try to sweep up, but it's a constant battle. We don't have a website or a big social media presence. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people just walking by and seeing the sign. We like it that way. It keeps things manageable. We know the people who live and work around Dapodi pretty well. If you come in, you'll probably talk directly to the person who is going to do the work. No middleman or anything like that. It’s just a straightforward engineering shop at 162. We do what needs to be done. It is a simple life for us.
