Precise Auto Ancillaries

Bhosari MIDC is where you go if you want to see how things are actually made. We are located at S 52 in the industrial estate. It is a noisy place, filled with the sounds of presses and metal hitting metal all day long. We work on auto ancillaries, which means we spend our days around oil, steel, and a lot of heavy machinery that needs maintenance. The floor is usually a bit greasy no matter how much we sweep it at the end of the shift. We have got a small team, mostly guys who have been working with machines their whole lives. Precise Auto Ancillaries isn't a huge factory, but we have enough equipment to get the job done right. The S block is a bit tucked away, so it stays slightly quieter than the main road, but not by much. We usually start the machines around eight in the morning. There is always a lot of measuring and checking involved because in this line of work, even a tiny mistake can ruin a whole batch of parts. We do not have a fancy office upstairs; the desk is right there on the shop floor so we can see what is happening. It is hard work and your hands are never really clean, but there is a satisfaction in seeing a finished part ready for shipping. Most of our clients are other factories nearby that need specific components.
