You can find us at 34 Parvati Stavely Road, right across from the More Shopping Center. It is a good spot because everyone knows where the shopping center is. Our office is simple. We have some maps on the wall and a couple of computers that usually have way too many tabs open. We spend our days looking at bus schedules and flight timings. People come in wanting to visit family or go on a small holiday, and we try to find them a route that isn't too expensive. Stavely Road stays pretty noisy with all the cars and bikes going past. Sometimes the "More" shoppers wander in by mistake thinking we sell something else. We just point them in the right direction. It’s a small team here. We make our own tea in the back and talk about where we would like to travel if we weren't so busy booking trips for everyone else. We don’t do big glossy brochures or anything like that. Usually, we just write down the details on a piece of paper for people to take home. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. The fans in the ceiling hum all day, and we’ve gotten used to the sound. Dealing with cancellations and delays is the hardest part, but we just take it one step at a time and try to keep things moving. We stay open until late most nights.
