Prasanna Travels

Prasanna Travels is located at shop number 7 in the Mayurnagri II Shopping Complex. It’s a convenient spot for us because people come to the complex for all sorts of errands and then stop by to ask about travel. We have been here for a good while, helping folks arrange their journeys. The office isn't very large, just enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for customers to wait. We mostly deal with local trips and booking transport for groups. Every morning starts with checking the routes and making sure the drivers are ready. The shopping complex gets quite busy in the evenings, so that’s usually when we see the most people. We don’t do much fancy marketing. People know us because we’ve been in Mayurnagri for years. We try to be honest about how long a trip will take, especially with the road conditions these days. It is a simple life, running a travel desk. We hear a lot of stories from people coming back from their trips. Sometimes we have to deal with cancellations or changes, which is a bit of a headache, but we get through it. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the person who booked a seat actually gets to their destination. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we enjoy being part of the local community here. Our door is almost always open during the shopping hours.
